Interview with members of the litigation team including; lawyers, accountants, surveyors, engineers, enviornmental experts, planners, etc...
Property analysis and due dilegence to provide an objective opinion of our client's position and whether or not it is adventagous to pursue litigation
Preporation of a Summary or Self Contained appraisal report including exhibits and supporting documentation
Analysis and review of opposing partie's appraisal report for; errors, inconsistencies, improper valuation techniques and incorrect value conclusions
Trial preporation with litigation team including; testimony preporation, cross examination strategies, settlement suggestions and reasonable negotiations
